And this bug has nothing to do with mods - when I check out all mods, its still there. It also has nothing to do with ini files - I tried to use default ones, its still there. It don't want to have to eat/sleep/drink more often then set if to a higher number and try to not fast travel because it takes more in game hours to fast travle than it does to walk/ride to your destination.
