WebJul 10, 2024 · Hello, I have recently bought a XPS 9570 which one of its components should be " 525-10368 : McAfee Live Safe XPS 12 Month Subscription " but its not installed and I cant find a way to download it and activate the subscription.. There is no any M tray button. Solved! Dell support said the only way to cancel the auto-renew is to activate it first (since I didn't think to activate the software before immediately uninstalling it when setting up the PC).
